Uraan offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. Delivery services are subject to courier availability in certain regions.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing time may be slightly extended

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier services, and external conditions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns

  • A standard shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold

  • Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan for customer convenience. Please ensure availability at the time of delivery to avoid delays or order cancellation.

Once your order is shipped:

7. Delivery Attempts

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order:

  • Our team will resolve the issue promptly (replacement or refund as per policy)

10. Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout

  • Uraan is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping

11. Order Verification

  • Uraan may contact customers for order confirmation or verification before dispatch

  • Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification is not completed

12. Risk & Ownership

All orders become the responsibility of the customer once they are successfully delivered. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
