Return & Exchange Policy – Uraan

At Uraan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and exchange experience. Please review the following policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Uraan reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or altered products

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original tags or packaging

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Size issues (if applicable)

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged product

      Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we may offer an alternative or store credit.

4. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Clear images (if item is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our team will guide you with the return instructions

  4. Ship the product to the provided return address

 Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds may be issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit

   Refund processing time: 7–15 working days after approval

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong or defective item), Uraan may cover or reimburse the shipping cost

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos as proof

  • Our team will resolve the issue on priority (replacement or refund)

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return after delivery

9. Important Note

  • Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen differences and are not considered defects

  • Uraan reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests
